The marine environment occupies most of the National Park area. The great seabed diversity is of high ecological value and a great attraction, both for its spectacular submerged landscapes and its rich fauna and flora; hence, conservation measures in this area are of particular importance. The main current lines of action are management of recreational navigation, cleaning and protection of the seabed, and collaboration with the competent regional department in the regulation of fish and shellfish extraction activities by providing information about the corresponding plans.
