Application procedure

If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it is rejected, if the decision adopted is not in agreement or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a claim. They may also initiate this claim if the period of twenty working days elapses without obtaining a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Integrated Citizen Service System electronically, by telephone or in person, as well as through any of the channels provided for in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.

The complaints will be received and processed by the Galician Technological Modernization Agency of the Xunta de Galicia.
