You can find recommendations and conditions for diving in the Park as well as what is needed to fill out the diving authorization here.

To "snorkel" without lead, authorization is not necessary, but it is highly recommended to find out in advance at the information booth, both about the best areas for diving and about dangerous or non-permitted areas.
